• Once shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping service provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs or courier issues.

4. Cancellations and Returns

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. You will be notified when the products are shipped.
• We do not offer returns or refunds, so please ensure that all items are carefully selected before placing your order.
• In case you receive the product in damaged condition, please provide us with the relevant images/videos and we will ship the product again or provide you with a refund if shipping the product is not possible. The damaged product will have to be shipped back to us and we will bear the cost of the same.
